The Chicago Spire is a partially constructed supertall skyscraper in Chicago, Illinois. Its construction was put on hold in 2008 due to economic reasons. The building was designed by Spanish architect Santiago Calatrava and is being developed by Garrett Kelleher of Shelbourne Development Group, Inc.
